Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped out same day if received before 2 pm AZ time, orders received after may ship the next business day. We are unable to guarantee changes after an order is submitted.

Shipping is via USPS with typical delivery times of 2-4 days. You will receive a tracking email when your order is shipped so you can keep an eye on it from there.

If your tracking information is showing as “delivered” but you cannot locate your package we suggest checking around the address, including all entrances, and behind anything that could ‘hide’ the package from passers by, as well as with immediate neighbors or a leasing/mail room in your building to see if they received it by mistake.

Additionally, some drivers will scan packages as “delivered” as they start to service an entire street, block, or neighborhood. In this case, the scan would be premature and additional time would be needed to complete delivery.

After 24 hours of being marked as “delivered” and you still do not have the package, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance, verifying the correct address information as you do so.

For packages marked “delivered” but you have not received Memory Health will reship a replacement order after you submit a case with the USPS. Memory Health is unable to offer a refund for the order. A case with USPS may only be opened within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
