[COVID-19 Update] Memory Health Customer Support Channels

March 17, 2020

We're In This Together

To our Memory Health community,

We wanted to reach out to you personally as you have been at the forefront of our minds during this unprecedented time. We, like you, are grappling with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, its impact on your lives and your concerns about what’s next. As COVID-19 continues to spread, our purpose remains solely focused on the well-being and health of our customers and employees.

As we implement good hygiene practices and social distancing at work and at home, we want to communicate the specific measures we are taking to ensure a safe experience for our employees and a safe product for you.

First, rest assured that all Memory Health products released for delivery are made in the United States by a leading softgel contract manufacturer (CMO) that is FDA registered and audited, GMP-certified, and follows rigorous quality assurance and quality control standards. All Memory Health products released for delivery are sealed and pre-packaged to prevent contamination.

Second, Memory Health is closely following direction from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding regular cleaning and sanitizing as one of the most important measures against the spread of COVID-19. Below is a list of precautions we are taking at our Distribution Center to ensure a safe experience for all.

Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, including:

  • Doorknobs
  • Countertops
  • Phones/ Headsets
  • iPads

Cleaning workspaces frequently, including the:

  • Breakroom
  • Restrooms
  • Warehouse

Requiring employees to clean hands often by:

  • Washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after being in a public place, nose blowing, coughing, or sneezing
  • Using hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol
  • Avoiding touch to nose, eyes, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Covering coughs and sneezes
  • Sick employees are not to report to work

Our Distribution Center employees use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol between fulfilling orders and clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces between shipments. We value your understanding as we navigate this rapidly evolving situation. At this time, our Distribution Center will maintain standard business hours to continue deliveries for our valued customers.

As always, please feel free to contact info@memoryhealth.com or call 8338636679 with any questions or concerns.

Thank you,
